Vila Dos Smurfs Park, Sao Paolo

Vila dos Smurfs Park in São Paulo, Brazil, developed for 4Act Entertainment, is a next-generation location-based entertainment destination built around the global Smurfs IP. Designed as the first Smurfs park in Latin America, the project translates a globally recognized brand into a fully immersive physical environment where storytelling, characters, and spatial design operate as a unified experience. As part of the development, KCC Entertainment Design delivered concept and schematic design, defining how the IP is embedded into the environment to create a high-impact, commercially viable destination.

KCC’s approach focused on structuring the park as a narrative-driven journey across distinct themed zones, including Smurfs Village, the Enchanted Forest, and Gargamel’s domain. The concept integrates a diverse mix of attractions—such as a flying theatre, VR-based experiences, interactive rides, live shows, and character encounters—into a cohesive storyline where each element reinforces the overall theme. Rather than isolated attractions, the design ensures continuity of experience, encouraging guests to move through the park as part of a structured, story-led progression.
