Detailed Design

The Detailed Design phase transforms the approved concept design and/or schematic design into a complete technical package ready to brief suppliers and contractors and for implementation.

During this stage, the masterplan is developed to a highly detailed level, and all required drawings are prepared for local architects, contractors, fabricators, and suppliers. This documentation supports the creation of shop drawings by the appointed contractors and suppliers and enables accurate project execution on site.

All theming elements, attractions, rides, interiors, façades, decorative features, signage, lighting, and immersive environments are further refined and technically coordinated to ensure the creative vision is fully translated into buildable solutions.

KCC coordinates closely with local architects, engineers, constructors, and attraction suppliers regarding structural loads, electrical requirements, technical integrations, operational functionality, and fabrication details. The result is a complete and coordinated construction-ready package prepared for realization of the entertainment destination.
