Schematic Design

Once the Concept Design phase is approved, the project moves into schematic design, where the creative vision is translated into structured layouts, technical planning, and visual development.

During this stage, KCC refines the masterplan, guest circulation, attraction zoning, thematic direction, and operational flow to ensure the entertainment destination is both immersive and technically achievable and aligned with other disciplines. Schematic design establishes the spatial and visual framework that guides the future detailed design and realization phases.

This phase mainly develops the visual language of the project through design packages for all aspects of the park: attractions, façades, interiors, themed environments, signage, landscape elements, and key guest areas.
