Dream Island, Moscow, Russia, is one of Europe’s largest indoor entertainment destinations, where retail is positioned as a key revenue driver within the overall guest experience. The park contains several brands like The Smurfs, Hotel Transylvania, Teenage Mutant ninja Turtles, Hello Kitty and many others.
KCC Entertainment Design was engaged to deliver concept design for three retail units within the park (and the related facades). The objective was to develop high-performing retail formats that capture peak footfall, improve conversion, and integrate seamlessly within a high-traffic leisure environment while becoming part of their respective themed environment.
Each store was designed with a clear commercial logic—strong visibility of the brands, efficient layouts, and optimized product exposure.
