The Pier, Kuwait

Elagia Beach – The Pier, developed for A’Ayan in Kuwait, is a mixed-use waterfront destination designed by KCC Entertainment Design. The project combines social entertainment, dining, retail, and immersive leisure experiences within a contemporary waterfront environment created for families, social groups, and young adults. KCC led the concept design, developing a destination focused on entertainment, placemaking, and visitor engagement within a day-to-night leisure setting.

The Pier brings together interactive attractions, entertainment experiences, boutique retail, and destination dining concepts integrated across indoor and outdoor zones. The masterplan was designed to support intuitive circulation, strong visual connectivity, and continuous activation throughout the development, creating a seamless visitor journey across the waterfront. Inspired by modern social entertainment and family leisure concepts, the project combines immersive experiences with public gathering spaces designed to encourage longer stays and repeat visitation.

Through strategic concept planning and experience-driven design, KCC Entertainment Design created a waterfront leisure destination tailored for Kuwait’s evolving entertainment and lifestyle market.
