TEKZONE Kuwait is a next-generation indoor family entertainment center in the Middle East, developed as a scalable concept for integration within shopping malls and retail destinations. As the first entertainment brand created for Alshaya Group, TEKZONE represents a new approach to combining family entertainment, technology, and retail-driven leisure experiences.
The concept was designed to function as a high-performing leisure anchor within retail environments, driving both repeat visitation and sustained footfall for surrounding tenants. By positioning entertainment at the core of the mall experience, TEKZONE supports increased dwell time and strengthens the overall commercial ecosystem.
At the heart of the concept is the integration of traditional attractions with advanced technologies, including virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and digitally enhanced gaming. A unified points and scoring system connects all experiences, creating a gamified environment that encourages progression, competition, and repeat play.
The design approach focuses on flexibility and continuous evolution, with digital theming and adaptable content allowing the venue to refresh over time without major physical changes.
Following its success in Kuwait, TEKZONE has been rolled out across several locations in the Middle East.
