BOLTS, the newest brand from Adventure World Entertainment (AWE), has opened its doors in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia — and it’s a first for the group. Designed from concept to completion by KCC Entertainment Design, BOLTS is AWE’s first move into social entertainment, welcoming its first guests to the Eastern Province.
Established in Dammam in 2006, Adventure World Entertainment has grown into one of Saudi Arabia’s largest entertainment operators, running destinations across the Kingdom under the Adventure World, Bonkers, Jumpoline and BOLTS brands. With BOLTS, AWE steps into social entertainment for the first time, moving beyond family-oriented attractions to build a destination shaped around groups, competition, and shared experiences.
“We’re not just opening another entertainment destination; we’re setting a new benchmark for social entertainment.”
Hassan Ahmed, Executive Director – Entertainment, Adventure World Entertainment
Social entertainment venues live or die on repeat visits — guests coming back again and again with friends and colleagues. BOLTS is built around that principle, bringing games and attractions, food and beverage, and live entertainment together under one roof, giving adults and groups across the Eastern Province a complete night out in a single destination.
BOLTS is now open in Al Jubail, marking the latest milestone in KCC’s long-term partnership with Adventure World Entertainment and reinforcing KCC’s growing footprint in Saudi Arabia’s fast-expanding entertainment sector.
Social entertainment is one of the fastest-growing categories in the region’s leisure market, and KCC is at the centre of that momentum. BOLTS is the fifth social entertainment destination KCC has brought to life in the past two years, following The DockX (Jeddah), Boom Room (Cairo), Juma (Cannes) and Mega City (London).
KCC Entertainment Design, the Belgium-based studio behind The DockX in Jeddah, led the design of BOLTS. For Adventure World Entertainment, KCC has designed three Bonkers venues, in Al Khobar, Qatif and Riyadh, and remodeled two Adventure World destinations, in Dammam and Al Ahsa. The venue brings together bowling, digital archery, digital darts, clay shooting and billiards with social dining and live music. The look and feel is urban-chic — exposed concrete, neon signage and moody statement lighting — built to give young adults and groups a space that feels current, energetic and unmistakably their own.
